Sams is not good with free food and instant sign up offers. I signed up on a promotion with a few free items (chicken, family pizza, etc) and none was loaded to my card. Wasted time contacting the support and every time they said somebody from 'another department' will get back to you. yeah right!

Same here again. They seem to be going to forget it. You need to remember the details of the promotion and contact them with it via live chat or phone call.     They replied on April 3rd that they will contact within 24 hours. Today is April 11th, no response.

    yes.. that was due to lack of confidence from Samsung when iphone 8 and X was getting launched. They feared S8 and S8+ may not fair well. But, it happened opposite. Both iphone 8 and X were flop that S8 price now is back to its original launch price with no discounts even during thanksgiving. //@Anonymous: wait for the big discount from Samsung, guys.
