Image quality is really not that great. If you are paying thousands on a trip and hope to take beautiful pictures, this is not the lens to go.

If it's capped at $100 ebay bucks per transaction like every other promotion has been, then you only get 5.8% ebay bucks....

Would rather spend $1400~1500 to buy a new 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM. Same optics II and III, only the coating is improved with alleged less flair. It is really a great lens that can produce professional-level clear images.

And, Canon just started a sale on refurbs (newer deal here). Man, they want a lot for a refurbished version of their lenses.. //@Anonymous: Would rather spend $1400~1500 to buy a new 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM. If you buy more than reasonable numbers, Canon may consider you as a reseller and will not honor the rebate.

I have seen similar deals PRO-100 for 6 years.
Is the printer so perfect that even after 6 years they are still selling it? no newer model?

$250 mail in rebate is too high of a risk.

Tax in NC kills the deal for me. Excellent deal for those who do not need to pay tax.

Bought this printer in the past with the rebate. I didn't have any problem getting the rebate, and also it is a nice printer. Just the original inks themselves already worth more than 59.
The only problem with the printer is the size. It can print 11x17 but the printer is big and also the box it arrives with.

"No Tax in some states." At least in PA, they send the transaction to PA treasury, and it becomes your own responsibility to pay "use tax". I would rather they just charge the sales tax. Pass.
