eBay: 6% - 8% Back in eBucks (YMMV)

there was a 15% off too on Mar 12th. Its has a lot of exclusions such as NO electronic, NO cell phones & accessories and any other popular items. But I bought some car related stuff like oil, filters etc with the 15% on it, ebay bucks also give u 1% and my credit card also give me 1% so its 17% off total. I want to buy a phone I just hope they will 15% 1 more time on phones.

If you had anything in your mind, you should've called ebay and they would be very likely to honor the 15% discount for you, even though it's something in the excluded categories. //@Anonymous: there was a 15% off for home and garden maybe that was last week. so 15% do exist but not on the popular items I guess

There is no 15% off coupon this year. They did experiments by issuing too many such discounts last year. Fact is: they were not doing better with that. Better stick to what you have. Last year this time, there was even a 20% off.....
