I do not believe what ebay sellers sell as genuine unless it is a storefront of a well known online store like, say newegg. I bought similar item few months back from a different seller and it is a counterfeit Samsung product. Honestly, I am not sad and I kind of expected that. Just like almost all the phones sell in ebay as "new", these are just frauds.
