Is this a deal for someone who just pays $25/mo and not willing to pay more than that for his phone plan?
Anonymous
The plan is always cost more (locked with contract) than when you buy the phone outright.

Anonymous
You need to add a new line and upgrade to unlimited more (not even starter unlimited). This is not a deal unless you want additional add-ons from Verizon. Not a deal for me. //@Anonymous: Is this a deal for someone who just pays $25/mo and not willing to pay more than that for his phone plan?

That's the plan always. There are dumb people who get into these contracts thinking they are paying less overall for the phone. //@Anonymous: The plan is always cost more (locked with contract) than when you buy the phone outright.

I thinkk its better to switch to prepaid instead of sticking with major carriers which charges too much.

Being very happy with mint 15$/month plan. Why go for unlimited when 4g data is enough? And keep your phone longer, leave yourself savings and save the earth.

I can't decide if I prefer the Galaxy S20 or S21. Prices are about the same, S20 has more ram but a slower processor, better screen (although it's unlikely to matter). I'll wait and see what kind of deals emerge.

My iphone died for no reason. All of a sudden everything went black and it did not open again. Tried everything, no avail. Called customer service. They sent me to BestBuy. BestBuy person said Apple customer service ppl are idiots. He said he cant do anything and told me to buy a new phone immediately. I never abused the phone, it looked like and functioning like brand new. Except all of a sudden it went black.

It's because including a microSD slot uses an insignificant amount of space and costs next to nothing for Samsung, removing it is only a ploy to make you spend over $100 for extra storage that is realistically worth $10-15. It is greedy. //@anonymous: No charger is greedy. But in 2021, you still need sd card slot? How about removable battery and external antenna? They removed it because they want to force people to store pictures in the cloud and charge them for this. It's all about money, nothing more. Squeeze the suckers as much as we can is these companies motto now days. //@RoshDrozzley: It's because including a microSD slot uses an insignificant amount of space and costs next to nothing for Samsung, removing it is only a ploy to make you spend over $100 for extra storage that is realistically worth $10-15. It' so true! The Samsung products are so poorly made. My smart watch broke just after one month. The Samsung service rep refused to replace it. Although later his manager promised us to mail me a new one, he never did! So I called in again. The new Samsung rep told me the previous Samsung manager was a liar and he should not replace the broken band. Gee, Samsung people call their own people liars! What kind of company it is! //@anonymous: Samsung warranty is just a joke. They won't replace a broken part even if it is within warranty. Its customer service and tech support are craps.

I’m a little tired of the Android ecosystem. Unless you buy a real expensive flagship phone, your updates are not guaranteed! My Moto E6 will not be getting any new versions of Android (stuck at 9). Security updates are slow as well!

just to share my experience here, i have used arlo for almost 4-5 years. it recorded but missed the first 5seconds that is the most important. compare other product is highly recommended.

I have had good experience with Arlo Pro. It integrates well with smartthings to trigger smart home routines etc. Arlo Pro 2 is said to record in continuous loop meaning, it starts capturing video 3 seconds before motion was detected so the limitation of missed first few seconds of video in earlier version of cameras appears to be fixed in this version. I have not used Pro 2 yet but this is from what o have read. I only have space for 1 camera on my hub otherwise I would have ordered this. Also, Pro 2 is the last version that supports free 14 day cloud plan. All version post Pro 2 need a paid subscription. //@anonymous: just to share my experience here, i have used arlo for almost 4-5 years. it recorded but missed the first 5seconds that is the most important. compare other product is highly recommended.
