Although it says ‘State’, that does not include e-filing. So, you’ll end up paying up more later.

If you bought two days ago with the same price, but no $10 credit, just chat with customer service, they will issue $10 promotion credits.

True. But that's the case regardless of where and for how much you buy. //@anonymous: Although it says ‘State’, that does not include e-filing. So, you’ll end up paying up more later. //@anonymous: Although it says ‘State’, that does not include e-filing. So, you’ll end up paying up more later.

Yes, you have an option to print and mail the State tax returns. However, if you choose to e-file (which TurboTax will offer before the last step of submission) ‘State’, TurboTax will charge at least $25 extra. //@anonymous: Print out and mail it. ~3 shipping fee if that's what you mean "more". //@anonymous: Although it says ‘State’, that does not include e-filing. This doesn't include state e-file. State e-file is $20 per state on top.

You can save $30 if you don't mind H&R Block's slightly more awkward user interface. I compared them for a few years and the results were identical in my filings.

Second this. Last year I bought H&R Federal+State for under $20. The interface is clunky but the result is the same //@Anonymous: You can save $30 if you don't mind H&R Block's slightly more awkward user interface. I compared them for a few years and the results were identical in my filings.
