I've bought these DealSea specials before from Tracfone via eBay. I use them until the time/data allowance is exhausted and get a tremendous bargain. Use Dealsea's link and consider the other (slightly more expensive) phones Tracfone has also put on sale. This is a steal!

Forgot to mention that in past years, the SIM chip comes pre-installed and I'd phone Tracfone customer service and ask them to port my then-current telephone number over to the new phone. They've always done it. I'll try that again on this sale. //@Anonymous: I've bought these DealSea specials before from Tracfone via eBay. Is that 1200 mins, 1200 texts and 1200MB each month or for the whole year? Seems like the data will be burnt through way before voice and text if for whole year.

The fine print usually describes some convoluted formula which basically means it will run out way faster than you expect, so you have to add more money really fast. //@Anonymous: Is that 1200 mins, 1200 texts and 1200MB each month or for the whole year? Tracfone has very bad service and reputation. Buying this is just to waste your money. I purchased two refill cards for over $100 from Tracfone, then they told me I need to buy a new phone to use these refill cards, but I have been using Tracfone service for almost one year. //@Anonymous: Whole year //@anonymous: Is that 1200 mins, 1200 texts and 1200MB each month or for the whole year? Have been with Tracfone for 20 years with multiple lines. They are not perfect but never had any serious problems. Extremely cost efficient for those with light needs and constant access to WiFi.

Pls don't buy any service from Tracfone. They will create a man-made spam claim on you and lock up your phone number. You will lose your phone number. Plus their customer service is a group of robots. They just read what they were told to do. It is my good lessen to look for low cost carrier over a reliable/trust one.

It's a burner, you won't need much minutes before you toss it away. //@anonymous: whole year, it's for light usage, not good for normal usage //@Anonymous: Is that 1200 mins, 1200 texts and 1200MB each month or for the whole year? Minutes are in the phone SIM, they don't give you another card because people sell them back separately as credit alone is about $40. //@Anonymous: It is said no physical card. What does it mean?

Don't buy TracFone just because it saves a few bucks. I used this exact yearly plan and one day noticed TracFone locked up and forfeit my cell number claiming my number spreads spam text. TracFone customer service refuses to offer any proof and Arbitrarily lock up my number for good, which I had for more than 10 years.

This is definitely not true. It is for an entire year, but very cost effective for emergency use, or very light use. I have tried these 1-year plans before, and they were fine.
NOT FOR HEAVY USE! If you are planning to just get started and then refill as you go, try other budget service providers. //@Anonymous: Each month. //@Anonymous: Is that 1200 mins, 1200 texts and 1200MB each month or for the whole year?
