Sugar alternatives have a lot of negative health surprises that outweigh their value as a sugar replacement. //@anonymous: 0g sugar. Much better than sugar filled alternatives //@anonymous: Unhealthy

Which is better, concentrate or isolate, or neither? //@Anonymous: Concentrate/isolate blend. Not for me.

If all else were the same, I'd pick an isolate as that usually yields higher protein ratios. Gold ON is great for the taste, but you're only getting 24g protein out of 31g, meaning 77.4% ratio. Some isolates out there are in the 90%. Lots of bad fillers out there. ON is trusted though. //@Anonymous: Which is better, concentrate or isolate, or neither? //@Anonymous: Concentrate/isolate blend. Not for me.
