I have had similar problems with the Lenovo chromebooks my kids have on loan from school. They have all kinds of problems, both hardware and software. It is extremely frustrating. //@Anonymous: I bought chromebook duet in August and normal usage with kids, screen glass is already broken at one edge even i had a screen protector and its out of return policy time period. Do not buy directly from Lenovo. They ship the PC in the original box without placing into another box. by the time you get it, its damaged. lenovo makes it impossible to return

What’s the full story? The glass just broke without you doing anything to it? Or you DROPE OR HIT it on the ground but are reluctant to blame yourself for your carelessness? //@anonymous: I bought chromebook duet in August and normal usage with kids, screen glass is already broken at one edge even i had a screen protector and its out of return policy time period. Uh no they don't. Lie much? They package the retail box surrounded by foam and Styrofoam inside a brown shipping box as is standard practice for all PC shippers. //@Anonymous: Do not buy directly from Lenovo. Why do you respond like this all the time. He is trying to share experiences so others can benefit. You should be thankful. //@Anonymous: What’s the full story? just shared my experience so that others do not be victims. Up to you to take it or leave it. I am sure someone will benefit from my post. Or even better, Lenovo may notice.
Two of my Yoga C640 shipped in original box with shipping label on it to two different addresses. One had a damaged hinge. it has been 3 months. Yet to return. Lenovo want me to send it for repair. //@Anonymous: Uh no they don't. Lie much?
