Two of my Yoga C640 shipped in original box with shipping label on it to two different addresses. One had a damaged hinge. it has been 3 months. Yet to return. Lenovo want me to send it for repair. //@Anonymous: Uh no they don't. Lie much? They package the retail box surrounded by foam and Styrofoam inside a brown shipping box as is standard practice for all PC shippers. //@Anonymous: Do not buy directly from Lenovo. I have had similar problems with the Lenovo chromebooks my kids have on loan from school. They have all kinds of problems, both hardware and software.
