I don't recommend to use high mileage oil for relative new cars. I had a blown gasket after using that, but I don't have solid evidence it was the cause.

If your car is running fine, don't use high mileage oil. If it burns oil, you should find the cause and do appropriate repairs rather than hoping the oil to do the magic.

When you said avoid it with relatively new cars, do you mean recent year cars or cars that don't have high mileage. Mine is a 2019 with about 90,000 miles. //@Anonymous: I don't recommend to use high mileage oil for relative new cars. for a car like Toyota, the "high mileage" has a different limit than other cars. So if you are a Toyota owner, don't use high mileage oil

You can use a couple grade off, ie 5w-10 instead of 5w-20, won't do anything to headgasket. your head blown due to the quality and/or driving habit

The manufacturer says>75,000 miles. But I agree with others, if your cars run fine, no need to use high mileage oil. //@Anonymous: When you said avoid it with relatively new cars, do you mean recent year cars or cars that don't have high mileage.
