This headphone is HIFI level while beasts headphones are usually bass-heavy. //@Anonymous: How is compare the beats headphons?

Beats is only for people who love fancy Hiphop style headphones, their bass was turning too much and may permanently hurt our eardrum, they do not even touch the entry level of HiFi audio.
Sennheiser is for Audiophile who love to listen HiFi audio(high-quality reproduction of sound), and HD 660s is their sub-flagship level headphone which it is a tweak of an old favorite, with familiar comfort and a slightly more laid back sound, and it require a good headphone amplifier to drive it.
If you want to enter the HiFi audio area, I personally recommend Aune Flamingo-BT DAC Amplifier, which you can use it with both Bluetooth and Cable connections to your phone or PC, but this is for home base using, I don’t recommend HD660s for outdoor using purposes.
Their many ways to play with HD 660s, you may figure it out lately. //@anonymous: How is compare the beats headphons?

I feel superior to other people when I call myself an audiophile. It feels good. //@anonymous: audiophiles do not ask such questions. //@Anonymous: Should an audiophile buy hifi headphons or bass heavy ones?

I got this for 90$ last year and am happy with it.
Woot might be selling refurbished units, but as long as they are in good working condition, 70$ is a good price.

I wonder if the filter is new. Filter itself is $45 at Costco.

You get what you pay for. The OEM filters are very different from the third party ones on Amazon. Bought once non-OEM filters, have to throw away. Never again. Stick with the Winix filters.

Is that your coping mechanism for your buyer's remorse? Knockoffs are extremely similar to the OEM because they use the same factories. //@anonymous: You get what you pay for.
