M1/M2 is more efficient since GPU and RAM are integrated into the main processor. I'd go M1 8 gig ram over Intel 32 any day. //@anonymous: why? 32g not better than 8g? //@Anonymous: No //@anonymous: is it better than M1 8G?

The product description says "Design and produce fitness equipment for 20 years. Especially in WEIGHT BENCH, the bench was designed with advice of professional coach. You need a durable bench, Not a one month bench."
With that kind of garbled attempt at platitudes, I would guess this bench is nothing special. //@Anonymous: Can anyone comment on this product?

Why 800lb bench is needed? If your body weight is 300lb, that means you can left up to 500lbs?

You always want the capacity to be higher than what you can lift. Some 300 pound people can easily bench 300+ pounds, and 200 or less in "safety" capacity is not a bad idea. //@Anonymous: Why 800lb bench is needed? If your body weight is 300lb, that means you can left up to 500lbs?
