Bought two Samsung refrigerators for my two houses for last 8 years, no issue at all. Very reliable. Why I bought refrigerators every time I move? Because the ones there(GE, Whirlpool) started making problems right after I moved in.

My experience with Samsung wasn't very good though. Both my fridge and dishwasher failed, but luckily within warranty. However their customer service was atrocious. You must be the only person who never had issue with Samsung. There isn't a single person that i know that didn't have a tech out at least twice if not more to fix their Samsung fridge within the first year of purchase.
