OEM Samsung filters are NSF certified (re: removal of contaminants like lead and other heavy metals, etc). Generic replacements usually are not (re: high cost to get them certified from a 3rd party like NSF). If you don't care about this certification, then buy the cheaper ones.

I don't know how much you love Samsung but waterdrop filters are nsf certified and the cost is under 20 For each.
