I highly recommend you go to a sporting goods store and try out different sizes. It is really important to get one that is big enough to let you run comfortably. This size probably does work for your height, it's better to be safe and test one out first. //@Anonymous: Deal?

Sam's Club blew it years back when they closed a lot of locations. Had one 11 miles away then and it closed. Now there are two that are 55 and 60 miles away. Yeah, right. I go to BJ's Wholesale instead 5 miles away.
