New iOS update is trying to kill this phone now: battery charging stops at 80% with all possible settings, and 20% battery lost overnight without touching anything:( Looks like I need a new iPhone?

It appears that when purchase at that price, your card will be charged at $50 monthly for the plan. Not sure whether you can cancel right after you have the phone.

Any limitations On How I Use My Device? If you get a Device from DISH Wireless or a DISH Wireless authorized retailer without paying full price (MSRP) for the Device, you agree (1) within 60 days to activate and use this Device on the DISH Wireless network and (2) not to resell, trade in, or export, or participate or profit in the resale, trade in, or export of the Device to a third party until you have activated and used the Device on the DISH Wireless network and met all your other financial and contractual obligations to us. If you do this without meeting your obligations, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary, including charging you for the difference between the Device's full price and the price you paid for it, and seeking recovery of related damages. If you have a separate agreement with Boost to acquire, purchase, or lease a Device, any restrictions on resale in that agreement will also apply, so please refer to the terms of any such agreement to understand your rights to resell your Device. Any tampering with, reprogramming, reflashing, or unlocking of this Device without DISH Wireless's permission violates DISH Wireless's and third parties' rights under state and federal laws and could subject you to civil or criminal liability. //@Anonymous: where does it say about within 60 days activation //@Anonymous: Wat? //@anonymous: U need to activate within 60 days to avoid paying full price later

How to cancel the order?

Where did you find that text? I can’t see it anywhere. I do see some “offer details” when I have it in my cart, but those don’t say anything like this. I see that there are some “terms” that you can only review after entering your payment info. Is that where you found it?

$0.99 for a powerbank, sounds good, but too good to be true...
i worry for hidden fees and not activate the device

Another representative said Boost will charge full price if not activating in 60 days, that’s why you need to click the term agreement right before placing the order. Looks like Boost can switch stories in their favor, tricky and could be messy.

I just got off chatting with the boost customer service. I was told activation is required or there is a $40 charge per device. I politely cancelled the order. Bummer.

You have to call their support and talk to a human. Very difficult. Even after that, it is not guaranteed. You will have a case #. Good luck. //@anonymous: How to cancel the order?

I paid with PayPal and only authorized the $1.05 charge. How can they charge me more in the future? I don’t think they can.
