I have an s21, they offer 425. No thanks

They'll offer a lot more if you were to apply it to a new s22 phone etc. Their trade in values on the tablets are much lower //@anonymous: I have an s21, they offer 425. No thanks

They only price match if your trade in was not completed and the credit has not been applied yet. There's no price match for completed orders. At least that's what they told me over chat.

Didn't work out. T-Mobile offered $1000 credit for Note 10+ and they said they can't match that.

Will you get $1000 trade in credit for an unlocked phone without commitment? If not, what are you complaining about? //@anonymous: Didn't work out. T-Mobile offered $1000 credit for Note 10+ and they said they can't match that.

Is this better than iPhone? I have an iPhone 7 plus and its getting slow. Thinking about getting iPhone 13 or this one

Get iPhone 13. It's twice the price and somewhat (10% to 15%) better. //@Anonymous: Is this better than iPhone? I have an iPhone 7 plus and its getting slow. Thinking about getting iPhone 13 or this one

I almost pulled the trigger until I saw only USB cable is provided. I know Samsung is following Apple using the excuse to protect the environment while they both ship more than 200 million units (soon to be e-waste) every year. I don't really need a charger for Samsung phone since I have a few type-C chargers at home. But I really hate this idea to treat customers as fool by using a stupid reason to hide their greed.

if you are still using iphone 7, then upgrade to latest iphone only. Samsung devices are good and far superior in regards to features. Their camera is unbeatable. Earlier, iphones used to last 5+ years, now they slow down but better than Samsung. //@Anonymous: Is this better than iPhone? I have an iPhone 7 plus and its getting slow. I did quite a bit of research on Mint mobile and there's two things that I found that concern me.
One is their customer support, a lot of it is done by email and you get many complaints of not getting things done in time. I think this is very important, you have to have a good platform when it comes to customer service.
Secondly, because they use T-Mobile's towers T-Mobile customers come first so you could be a baseball game and the T-Mobile customer next to you has got full five bar capacity and is doing loads of downloads whereas you've got basically nothing if that makes sense as T-Mobile customers come first, and rightfully so.

These are problems for every MVNO. On the upside, their price is unbeatable, and you will be fine in most use cases.

Will not work for current customer. I have Mint for 2.5 years now. I stream at least 10-15 GBs a month and have had no issues (I have the unlimited plan and have not hit a cap yet). I stream mostly when I workout and when I drive. I haven't had issues hotspotting either occasionally, but I think there's a cap on that. Just keep in mind that they are using T-Mobile networks and there are spotty areas. Think Verizon still has the least spotty areas, but they're also a lot more expensive. Also, more expensive to use Mint Mobile internationally. Haven't had the need to call or email customer support. I am guessing if you have an issue with your phone that you might do that maybe... but the billing and stuff is pretty straight forward and dry. Not much to argue/negotiate there. You won't get a refund if you stop using it halfway - you prepaid for it.
