I don’t really understand Google strategy here. If they want to sell more phones, then just don’t limit their products at Google store only. I know you can buy them from Best Buy and target, but that’s through Verizon channel. Not everyone wants to switch. Nexus 6P is a good example. You have more choices when it come to where to buy.

The Verizon model will work on all operators. At the Google pop-up store in October, they actually sold the Verizon SKU.
