Amazon Kindle seems to have very slow processor, so the moving is very sluggish and unbearable/
Anyone can tell if this model has new processor to remedy the issues?

Not really. All these kindles are using e-ink display which all have low refresh rate that make you feel it's slow, though its SoC are fairly low-end. It won't be as smooth as LCD/LED display even if putting a faster SoC in it. //@Anonymous:

Possibly I enjoyed 'Freedom on the Highway by Johnny Anderson' on the Kindle. if you want a novel about adventure this is a good book to read.

Freedom on the highway by Johnny Anderson, was a fantastic read on the Kindle. I thoroughly enjoyed the true story from this author.

dont buy the prev gen kindle. The new paperwhite is much more responsive and has a way better screen.
