A bit misleading when their ads proclaim that new and existing customers "get" an iPhone. "Getting" something in exchange for money and old possessions should be more accurately expressed as "purchase".

They will trade your iPhone 6 for $400, iPhone XR for $800. It is very decent deal. BUT they will lock you in for 3 years instead of 2 years in the past
