Google fi is good. I am in Texas.

Google Fi is bad. Get the phone, stay 3 months with them and leave. Fi Service is ok (TMobile) but paying $10/GB is ridiculous. Taxes are $8/month +you will end up paying for 1-2GB/month even if you don't use data too much.

Former Fi customers don't qualify. Be very careful.

Google Fi is good for people who travel abroad often. $10/GB is a very competitive deal for international mobile data.

I *was* a Google fi member and cancelled my service.
If I create a brand new Gmail address, would I be considered a brand new customer? //@Anonymous: Former Fi customers don't qualify. Be very careful.

5G phones are just a scam. There're no true 5G services in the US. It's all 4G rebranded as 5G. Even China has only very limited areas with true 5G because it's very costly.

That's risky, especially if you're planning to port in a number previously on Fi. They'll know, my dude. //@Anonymous: I *was* a Google fi member and cancelled my service.

How do I know when I fulfill the 120 days? Do I pay for 5 months just in case?

In the Fi app, they have a down-to-the-day counter of how much longer you have to fulfill the requirement. //@anonymous: How do I know when I fulfill the 120 days? Do I pay for 5 months just in case?
