Yes, that's why it should be included in the box...many doesnt have USB-C power adapter for newer iPhone so Apple just using excuses not to include this to save $5 on any new phone purchase //@Anonymous: Must have

Apple can replace the lightening connection with USB C, for example, if they want to help saving the planet. If that is you goal too, just use your old phone. //@Anonymous: You can use your old charging adapter. Save the planet

I asked apple why you guys don’t include the charger block . They say to reduce landfill waste and save planet . Then the apple store rep offered me to buy usb C charger as old one I have will be slow to charge . Apple is saving their own costs to make more profit
. They save on charger cost with new phone . Cost of box as new one is around 50% thinner . This might seem small number but considering millions of iPhones it’s huge for apple

I’m kinda annoyed about having to buy a new charger, but I can see how on a large scale forcing people to do this can curb some waste. I have a bunch of leftover 5 watt chargers, for example. Probably won’t have many leftover 20watt chargers, especially as wireless charging becomes the norm. Fanboys of any sort should reflect on their issues though.

So many opinions about a charger. Get over it people and believe there’s most likely a reason why something is the way it is other than some conspiracy theory that’s not proved. Lightning connectors ensured their own safety protocols that the USB consortium doesn’t need to follow. There will be a change when higher speed charging is needed for their engineering specs.

What are you talking about dude? What's the conspiracy theory? It's pretty factual from what I see. Charging over $1000 for a phone, and selling the charger separately just doesn't make sense. If you buy a Porche, don't you expect that it should include a AM/FM radio or a spare tire? //@Anonymous: So many opinions about a charger. You’re comparing a Porsche to a mobile phone? You’re analogy is not correct even. There are sports cars that don’t even come with an a/c. If you own an iPhone you’re complaining about a charger? Really? You’re full of it. Get over it and tell them personally how miserable your life is w/o 10 chargers in your house. //@anonymous: What are you talking about dude? What's the conspiracy theory? Saying a new mobile phone can cost over $1K is factual. Saying you deserve a “free” charger or they are scamming you is not factual that opinion. Learn why they decided to not include them and then make an opinion on that. Don’t make stuff up or believe unproven statements (conspiracy theories).

I think you do deserve a charger, that's standard with other phones. It is needed to keep the phone running. If you think otherwise, maybe they should sell you the phone without a battery, and you can pick it up separately. //@Anonymous: Saying a new mobile phone can cost over $1K is factual. It seems can't add more than one phone. How to upgrade other lines in same account then?

I chatted with customer rep, they can't process the two orders at the same time(that is what they said), was told to place the order later after the first order delivered(but not sure if this deal is still available) //@Anonymous: It seems can't add more than one phone. you have to deal with 1 line at a time. aka, order 1, deliver and activate; and then do the second; third. strange rules...

Did you get the phone? I placed the order on Jan 3rd, but it never shipped out via Fedex even there is a fedex track number. The fedex shows that they never receive the package from Cricket. I called customer service many times they didn't solve my issue. //@Anonymous: you have to deal with 1 line at a time. aka, order 1, deliver and activate; and then do the second; third. strange rules...
