It happened to me too. But when I contacted the Sam's customer service, they suggested me to call 1-800-walmart and tell them about the eGift promotion. I did it and got my eGift card via email with in 24 hours.

VIZIO makes cheap stuff with poor quality. TCL makes great TVs. We purchased one TCL 75 inch TV last week from BestBuy, only 599+tax.
