There is no good deal for ground coffee per se: ground coffee pretty much loses its aroma within a few hours after grinding. Even if one doesn’t have a grinder, grocery stores like Safeway or retailing warehouse like Costco has free grinding machine to use. On sale ground coffee usually means they are close to “expiration” or “best by” date—even worse.

Stop coffee shaming people who don't want to grind large amounts of coffee in grinders that people used for flavored coffee. That's why I buy well sealed pre-ground coffee in 12oz packages and go thru it in a week. This save me times and mess. Want flavored coffee? Buy those flavoring in bottles. That's what Starbucks use. Your coffee snobbery doesn't impress me. //@Anonymous: But Seattle is known for its coffee and this is clearly labeled as Seattle's Best.
