Ebay is really bad. It just waste your time dealing with sellings ..just buying stuff is a big hassle. Didn't even try returning stuffs. Sellers won't honor the product if you win the bid and if final bid price is what they don't want to accept.. Got bids cancelled a few times ; they said products are no longer available ..

They can send anything, and good luck dealing with ebay support. You will need to wait at least 2 to 3 months before you are allowed to open a case ..and your purchase history will be so hard to find in the user interface. Just don't deal with ebay, unless u want unwanted headaches and plenty of free time to waste. //@Anonymous: Thanks for god those sellers didn’t send you a brick or an empty box. //@anonymous: Ebay is really bad. good for dust only .. the air tunnels are very small so any small pieces like paper clog the tunnels, spent a lot more time fixing and fiddling around with tools and buttons

We rarely use ours and yet it developed problems. The head intermittently stops spinning. One month out of warranty and Dyson said we need to send it to a repair center and pay for whatever it needs. That's a really poor response for such an expensive product. There are so many less expensive and very comparable products now that I wouldn't recommend this one.

Had my Dyson for 6 Years not a single issue must be in the operator. You should consider taking their online course. //@anonymous: We rarely use ours and yet it developed problems.
