Had my Dyson for 6 Years not a single issue must be in the operator. You should consider taking their online course. //@anonymous: We rarely use ours and yet it developed problems. The head intermittently stops spinning. One month out of warranty and Dyson said we need to send it to a repair center and pay for whatever it needs. That's a really poor response for such an expensive product. There are so many less expensive and very comparable products now that I wouldn't recommend this one.
