The 1st one-time license is for one computer (can be multiple users/accounts in that same computer device). The 4th bind MS accounts lifetime is for one Microsoft account (one user/account), but can be used for different computers with same Microsoft user/account. //@Anonymous: What are the major differences btw 1st one & last? M$FT made a good brand in Surface but then started milking the cow hard. They used too many cheap parts. The SSD in mine died in 13 months. It's soldered on and couldn't be replaced. So $1300 for 13 months of use. I won't let M$ft fool me twice.

be aware it is ARM based and therefore no full windows experience

It can't run any x64 apps, and can only emulate x86 32 bits, so very slow. Multitasking is a bit lame. Battery wise, it is not as great as what Microsoft claims. Microsoft office suites are okay. It has 4G LTE, so good for mobile use.
