I have had similar problems with the Lenovo chromebooks my kids have on loan from school. They have all kinds of problems, both hardware and software. Do not buy directly from Lenovo. They ship the PC in the original box without placing into another box. by the time you get it, its damaged. lenovo makes it impossible to return

Be careful! HP doesn't allow cancel even within 1 hour after submission of the ordering and the ordering still in processing.
I just ordered one but neglected additional customizable items (the WIFI at the bottom). Called and was told the customer service is closed. I have to call customer service tomorrow and it will pass the 1-hour window for cancelation.
It is weird that this computer does not have a model name, such as Pavilion. I had hesitated to buy an HP computer.
