I wished I used it more during the return window. HP qualities are just down the hill. It only floods out cheap quality laptops to the market. No more HP. //@Anonymous: I am glad my order was lost in transit by FedEx and HP when I last bought the same model at $525 during the thanksgiving deal. After some haggling with HP got my refund. Extremely bad customer service. //@Anonymous: Using exact same model bought for $500 last Thanksgiving. It crashes at least once every day. Very bad quality control. Read the 1 star reviews before buying. Screen color is very dull. Other than that, nice configs.
