Sam’s claims this is offered by a different company, ask us just to join at their warehouse. With their manager participation, still too about two hours to get my membership card issued there, involve two long phone calls withe both company managers on the phone together with me, 7 times went through the extremely purposely designed website as well filling out all information 5 times even the phone system already knew all my order number, names etc., I have all records , emails and logs to prove their evil intention to exhaust the applicant. Jennifer, the Hudson, NH, Warehouse manager, did very minimal help upon my persistence and refuse to take customer’s constructive criticism to avoid Sam’s reputation ruined by this evil designed process, just admitted many similar troubles she have helped but still failed to really understand the actual frustration their created. She even told me that she was ready to issue my membership card, to let go the representative on the first phone call.
