Not sure what you are talking about... Have a few Lenovo's and their service is superb. They sent me the shipment box to ship to them, fix it and sent it back quickly. I was able to purchase extended warranty and use it even though my original warranty expired long ago, //@Anonymous: Lenovo will not honor their product warranty. Purchase at your own risk.
