I've been searching a couple times everyday to see if someone has in stock at the retail price, and what do you know I'm checking Dealsea and here it is. Thanks! been visiting this site since 2005.

Why isn't this thing cheaper than Quest which has its own CPU&GPU&etc?

Because they have to pay Sony royalties and Lenovo to build this thing instead of directly making their own product (like they do with the Quest) //@Anonymous: Why isn't this thing cheaper than Quest which has its own CPU&GPU&etc?

Don't buy the Occulus. It's a Facebook product and requires Facebook account. Facebook will sell your data. Get the Vive.

Hmm, I just think that if you are OK with a FB product, the Quest 2 would be a smarter choice. It's got the standalone capability, and you can use it for PC VR too.

Quest 2 has cameras looking outwardly and the Rift S has cameras looking at you. No privacy!

why would anyone PAY to have Facebook steal all your biometric data? they should be paying you instead! Don't give up your privacy!
