Most if not all Walgreens will cancel the order after it's processed. Seems like they don't want to fulfill free orders.

In Charlotte walgreens never honor their his deals. They will call me back and say there machine is down. This is 2nd time in a row. Can I complain?

You can complain but you won't get a response. I have complained by email and physical mail about bad service from Walgreens in San Jose, CA. Not a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.
