each cartridge costs $128, needs 4 cartridges unless you can add the ink yourself. So 128 * 4 = $512 in a few months. to me it makes more sense to purchase these printers as you go plus then the drummer is also needed.

Sam's Club has Brother HLL3290CDW for $329. It doesn't have a color lcd but everything else is there (color, duplex, scanner, copier). Much better deal than this.
