You may be using wrong battery. You need 2032 battery -- 2025 battery also work in powering it up but the capacity of 2025 battery is way smaller than 2032 and it will drain super quickly. //@Anonymous: Eats up battery quickly. Replaced batteries within 2 weeks.

I successfully located my kid stroller when we took trip in Europe and made connection in Germany. No one speaks English well and no one can tell whether our stroller is at the gate or in baggage claim or somewhere else.
