This is such a ridiculous remark. There were 4 channels in the previous 16 gb models (4gb*4). Now Apple wants to save money and started using 6 gb unit. So the 18 gb module only has 3 channels (6gb*3). The memory bandwidth is worse then M2 equivalent models. //@anonymous: Triple-channel ram. 3x6gb sticks = 18gb. Different cars have different gas tank size because they have different MPGs. But a full tank of gas will let you drive similar distances with different cars (excluding hybrids). Yes, it can run Steam, but since the Snapdragon X uses ARM architecture, it has to "translate" most games to work. While indie and older titles run great, competitive games with anti-cheat software (like Valorant) often won't launch at all, and heavy AAA games will struggle without a dedicated graphics card. //@Anonymous: Does anyone know whether it can run Steam?
