You can complain but you won't get a response. I have complained by email and physical mail about bad service from Walgreens in San Jose, CA. Not a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement. Walgreens employees probably know that so they keep mistreating customers. //@anonymous: In Charlotte walgreens never honor their his deals. They will call me back and say there machine is down. This is 2nd time in a row. Can I complain?

Most if not all Walgreens will cancel the order after it's processed. Seems like they don't want to fulfill free orders.
