I personally think apple tags are useless for all practical purposes. It is at best works if it is in the same room as your phone. You move to a different location with as minimum as with 2-3 walls it does not work. I got a blink mini camera for like $10 on sale to add onto existing camera system. Way better value and functionality compared to this $45 myQ cam. But I don't recommend Blink doorbell cam either because battery life is poor.
