lifetime warranty ! mine has been really good too, its not this model, but got a pinhole leak in the bladder, and they simply replaced it. then i crashed my mtb and a seam let go, sent it in and got what looked like a brand new backpack....turned out it was my backpack it had been washed and repaired. customer service was fast and easy to deal with

My Osprey backpack has lasted 15 years of abuse. Many of those on the bus or running to work. It's held up really well. Not sure if they still have the same quality, but that's my experience.
