You can see the PayPal offer in the 5% categories of Chase Freedom for Oct-Dec. Add your chase card to PayPal account to get the additional 5%.

Is 5% for all chase freedom card? I checked my chase freedom unlimited but I don't see a cashback offer for paypal.

If you mean 5% cashback, its on Chase Card!! You should check the Chase Card promotion (cashback) //@anonymous: I don’t see that option in either Target or Paypal app.
