Got a $100 apple gift card yesterday. I tried to spend it at Apple Store. It was $0 balance. I called amazon. They escalated my case. Wasted my time

what does the $75 amazon credit (i bought $500 apple gift card)can buy? amazon does not clarify the amazon credit can buy? can anyone help?
