This is a scam; I have never received the Costco shop card; tried to call Costco and they said I should contact Groupon.

Call customer service. Same thing happens with Sam’s Club. It seems like a semi-scam where they don’t give it to you until you call and ask where it is; as though they’re hoping most customers will just forget about it. //@anonymous: I never had received the $20
