Didn't see any 50% off coupon when I checked around noon time today either. The thing with Amazon "deals" is that the offer might be limited, and once "fulfilled", you wouldn't find any trace of it - sometimes it "defaults" to a different seller, etc. So, try your luck and "throw the dice", and don't fret about it if you did not "land" the deal.
