Thanks! I appreciate you sharing your experience //@anonymous: It’s official authorized seller by All Clad. It is just a special channel of All Clad to dump excess inventory. They marked it as 2nd quality because they don’t want to give perception that they are selling regular products on discount price. I have purchased 3 times from the website and besides no retail box, there is no noticeable defects. //@anonymous: Anybody have experience with this seller? Is it reliable? sounds a little sketchy and "no returns" is not very reassuring.
