I took a gamble and reserved two. At the store, 1 box was open and the other was sealed with the security tape not touched. I picked that one and opened it up. Brand New laptop with 12 months warranty. Surplus from largest online store (according to sticker on box). Amazing deal! Came with Windows 10 and had to upgrade (for free).

This is business laptop and retail price is around $1000 plus. so i think this is very good deal even if its refurbished.
