You are crazy to think it's not a deal just because it's not the Extreme version. That retails for $700, of course it won't drop down to $400 right away. The base model however is great for 2D games and classics like JRPG. And I don't even need to use the highest power setting for games like Yakuza 0 to get them up to around 60fps.
