2 x 4 x 8' Construction/Framing Lumber

Rebate is good and valid. They are good about their rebates. Just got back from Menards after purchasing the limit.

The wood is dried which causes it to shrink. Sizing is before drying. //@Anonymous: This has been standard size for decades now. Good luck finding anyone building houses with 2x4 construction. 2x6 is the standard for energy efficiency.
