I've had both, and although ot a big deal, I perfer analog. To set the temp on the digital, it starts at 350 and you have to tap up again and again. Same w time, it starts at 15 min and you have to tap down to 10 or whatever. Setting a switch is better. It doesn't have any sensors or anything, the only digital part is setting the time and temp. //@anonymous: Is it a big advantage to have a digital vs analog air fryer? I have an analog air fryer and it works great.
