United Airline has announced a one week promotion (1/8 - 1/12) that promises surprise flight deals every day, all week long. United will offer a 24-hour MileagePlus® award sale to a different international destination.
- 1/8: US - London Round Trip, 50K miles, Book 1/8 only and Travel by 3/20
- 1/9: US - Paris Round Trip, 50K miles, Book 1/9 only and Travel by 3/20
- 1/10: US - Amsterdam Round Trip, 50K miles, Book 1/10 only and Travel by 3/20

US - Paris Round Trip for 50k points is not a deal either. The regular round trip ticket from east coast to Paris is around $650.

UA's London routes mainly use their aging B767 fleet, which are noisy as heck. Pass.

50k+$194 is aprox $700. This is not a deal for east coast flights since you can find direct flights for this price without any offer.

Yeah, not much of a deal, I think it's 30 or 35K one way to Europe anyway. And London is among the easiest to fly into. Monday is a pass, but I'm paying attention. //@Anonymous: You have to have 50k award miles/per traveler. $194 is for “taxes and fees”.
